When you use rebelronin.uk, we collect:

• what you type (name, address, email)
• what you buy

• what you click

That’s it. Just what’s needed to run the shop and get your stuff to you.

Not the tasty kind – just digital crumbs that help the site run smoother.

We use cookies to track:

• what you look at
• what you buy
• how you move around the site

It helps us make the website less annoying to use.

[3] Google Analytics

Like CCTV for web pages – but no faces, just patterns.

We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site, like:

• where you came from
• what pages you visit
• how long you stay

Helps us fix what’s broken and run ads that aren’t totally random.

It’s anonymous – like knowing someone bought stickers, not knowing who did.

[4] Email

Only the stuff you need or asked for. No inbox spam.

We email for two reasons:

• must-haves (order updates, proofs)
• nice-to-haves (news, offers)

Want the extras? You tick a box. No sneaky opt-ins.

We use MailerLite, which shows us who opened or clicked – helps us improve.

We don’t share or sell your email. Ever.

[5] Purchase & account data

We keep it tidy and only for as long as we need to.

We store your info until we manually delete it. That includes:

• Active accounts – logged in within 12 months
• Inactive accounts – no logins or orders
• Pending orders – abandoned or unpaid
• Failed orders – payment didn’t go through
• Cancelled orders – unpaid, cancelled

• Completed orders – paid and done

Want your data gone? No problem. We’ll wipe everything except completed orders (tax rules). But we’ll anonymise them so they’re no longer linked to you.

[6] How we protect your info

Locked down tighter than your nan’s biscuit tin.

We use proper security to stop anyone messing with your info – name, orders, passwords, the lot.

[7] Third Parties

Only the people helping us do our job – no one dodgy.

We share info only when needed:

• Square – takes your payment (you give them info when you pay)
• Royal Mail – delivers your order

That’s it.

We’ll update this if anything changes. It’s on you to check, but we’ll always include the date.
