Terms & Conditions. Simplified.
This page explains the rules for shopping with us, the boring but important stuff. In short, it covers how we sell, deliver, take payment, and what happens if you need to cancel or return something. We keep it fair, straightforward and jargon-free, so you know exactly where you stand. What we don’t do: hide sneaky clauses, baffle you with legal nonsense, or make things harder than they need to be.
[1] Introduction
By shopping with Rebel Ronin® online, through social media, or in person, you agree to these Terms and our other policies. If you don’t agree, please don’t place an order.
[2] Our Products
We show products as clearly as possible, but colours may look different on screen. Some images are mock‑ups to show how items could look in real life. Our designs, layouts and images are for Rebel Ronin use only, please don’t copy or use them without permission. If you think we’ve breached your copyright or trademark, get in touch for a grown‑up conversation.
If you supply artwork or a logo that breaches someone else’s copyright or trademark, that’s on you, not us. Any dispute is between you and the rights owner. We won’t get involved, remove listings, or refund orders for this reason.
We may display other businesses’ logos or products to showcase our own products. This doesn’t mean we endorse them, it just means we made something for them.
[3] Prices & Payment
All prices are in GBP and shown per item. Postage is calculated at checkout unless you choose to collect in person.
Orders aren’t confirmed until we dispatch or hand them over. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order. While we do our best to keep prices and details accurate, mistakes can happen, if there’s an error, we’ll fix it and let you know before sending your order.
[4] Delivery
We dispatch orders via Royal Mail. Lead times vary and so standard order lead times are shown on our shop banner, these may be longer during busy periods or sales. If an order involves design work, or is large and or complex please double the lead time shown for a more accurate idea. Delivery times can vary and are outside our control, we do not guarantee delivery unless you collect the item yourself.
If you choose collection, there’s no postage charge. Orders must be collected within 14 days of being ready. After that, items may be recycled or resold and no refund will be given.
If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours with photos so we can sort it. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees/taxes and for checking import rules for their country.
[5] Returns & Your Rights
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund, unless they are personalised or custom‑made. To start a return, contact us first, please don’t just send items back without letting us know.
If something is faulty, tell us within 30 days with photos. We’ll replace, repair, or refund (including return postage). Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or incorrect use isn’t covered.
Custom or personalised items can’t be refunded if the details you gave us were wrong, so please double check before ordering. If the mistake is ours, we’ll put it right at no cost to you.
[6] Personalised Orders
Please double check your spelling and details before ordering, we make items exactly as you give them. We can’t refund items if the mistake was in the details you provided.
If the error is ours, we’ll fix or replace it at no cost to you, including return postage if needed.
[7] Your Data
We only use your personal information to process your order and run our business. We don’t sell it, share it, or do anything dodgy with it.

[8] Comments & Feedback
We love hearing your ideas and seeing your photos. By sending us feedback, images, or suggestions, you agree we can use them to promote our products (with credit for your own photos).
Please keep it kind, legal, and yours to share. Don’t send anything offensive, spammy, or copied from someone else. You’re responsible for what you post or send us.
[9] Media
We regularly photograph and film products in production to share on our website and social media. If it’s a gift, we’ll do our best to post after the event date. We won’t remove posts or media unless they clearly identify a person or their location.
We may use customer stories and interactions in our social media for entertainment purposes and will never share personal details. If you choose to identify yourself, that’s entirely up to you.
[10] Legal Stuff
We’re not responsible for delays or problems caused by things outside our control. We can update these terms at any time, the latest version will always be on our website.
Using our site or placing an order after changes means you accept the updated terms.
